Compensation:
Two year income guarantee average wRVU production 8,800
Signing bonus $25,000
Loan assistance $100,000 over five years
Relocation $10,000
Residency stipend available if needed
CME $4,250 annually + five days
Full benefits including 403B plus 6% match
Eight paid holidays per year
FLTO front loaded time off (includes sick and vacation) years 1-2: 160 hours; year 3 and on: 200 hours

Minimum Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
