Maintenance Manager
Supervise the maintenance team while ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing the upkeep of the building's systems. Position is located at company headquarters in Littleton, NH. In this fast-paced, crucial management position, you'll work to ensure that our facility is operating at peak performance. By overseeing the maintenance team in this hands-on role, you'll be playing an essential part in maintaining the building. Primary responsibilities include:Coordinating the maintenance and repair of the building across all departmentsTraining, scheduling and supervising the custodial and maintenance staffOutsourcing contractors, writing job specs and overseeing vendor contractsEnsuring OSHA, EPA, ADA and applicable electrical and plumbing complianceManaging company equipment including vehicles, boilers, generators and circulatory systemsFull oversight of HVAC systems, including monitoring and preventative maintenanceIdentifying energy-saving and cost-reduction opportunities Qualified applicant will have:Completed an accredited HVAC apprenticeship or an equivalent two-year technical degree3-5 years of experience with maintenance operationsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsFamiliarity with OSHA, EPA and ADAKnowledge of building systems such as HVAC, boilers, generators and building controls Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
