The role demands a professional with a proven track record of supporting employee groups of 300 or more, and who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence at all levels. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and support decision-making, and must ensure that all HR activities are in compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
