You will focus on creating secure, high-performance on-chain systems, ensuring seamless integration between complex blockchain protocols and user-facing applications.What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain secure and efficient smart contracts. Build and deploy decentralized applications (DApps) and RPC services. Implement and manage tokenization strategies and industry-standard ERC protocols. Integrate blockchain networks with external systems and frontend interfaces using Web3 libraries. Optimize on-chain architectures for maximum security, throughput, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural patterns and security standards for decentralized infrastructure.What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on blockchain technology. Proven expertise in developing smart contracts using Solidity or Rust. Experience with Ethereum or Cosmos SDK for building decentralized applications and RPC services. Hands-on knowledge of ERC standards and tokenization for on-chain systems. Proficiency in using Web3 libraries to interact with blockchain networks.
