Your ideas, voice, and clinical input matter here.As part of our team, you will:• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and management team to provide the best outcomes for clients and families• Conduct assessments including FBAs, Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and more• Develop individualized behavior support plans and treatment programs• Train and mentor staff and parents with compassion and confidence• Monitor data collection and staff performance to ensure quality care• Collaborate with schools, therapists, and outside providers for a team-based approach• Continue growing professionally through ongoing mentorship, training, and evidence-based practices• Help create meaningful, compassionate, and flexible supports for every clientQualifications:• BCBA Certification or currently in the process of obtaining certification• Connecticut Licensure• Master's degree in ABA or related field with ABA certification• Experience as a BCBA preferred, but we are open to mentoring the right candidateIf you are looking for a place where you can grow, feel supported, make a meaningful impact, and truly enjoy the work you do, we would love to connect with you.This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneousPeople-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projectsAdaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in directionAchievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might failAutonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction; able to come for support when neededInnovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
