We are seeking a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help develop and deploy production-ready machine learning systems, working closely with engineers and domain experts to build solutions that directly impact customers and end users.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working across the full machine learning lifecycle, and seeing their work deployed in real-world environments.
Responsibilities
Design, train, and deploy machine learning and computer vision models for production applications
Develop solutions involving object detection, image classification, tracking, anomaly detection, and related technologies
Conduct experimentation and prototyping to improve model performance and accuracy
Optimize models for scalability, reliability, and real-time inference
Build and maintain software pipelines that support model training, evaluation, and deployment
Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and customers to solve complex technical challenges
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve machine learning systems in production environments
Stay current on emerging machine learning and computer vision technologies
Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in machine learning, computer vision, or related fields
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, YOLO, scikit-learn, or similar technologies
Experience working with computer vision techniques including object detection, segmentation, classification, tracking, or image processing
Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning methods
Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills
Experience using Git and modern software development practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in a related field
Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
Experience with edge computing or real-time systems
Familiarity with anomaly detection, autoencoders, or traditional computer vision techniques
Experience working with industrial, robotics, automation, or operational technology environments
