PositionJob Title: Trainee, Client EngagementReports to: Coordinator, Client EngagementJob PurposeThe Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day-to-day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to our Executive Leadership Team.Job responsibilitiesCommunicationMaintain strong communication with the boutique management, Client Regional teams, Central, vendors, and other teams as neededCreate presentation materials for store leadership or internal useCoordinate communication for shipments and deliveries, and keep supervisors updatedOperationsServe as a key support for local client treatments, client gifting initiatives, and other client-focused activationsAssist with administrative tasks such as managing gift inventory, updating trackers, and scheduling meetingsPartner with store operations and warehouse teams to manage logistics and shippingCoordinate and support as needed with execution of client engagement projects and client outreach listsReportingManage status and tracking reports, ensuring strong accuracyProduce and own weekly and monthly reports, as neededReview reports, understand key data, and present findingsAd HocConduct research projects as needed, competitor analysis, etc.Perform general clerical and administrative dutiesAny other tasks assigned from time to timeProfileFull-time, 12 Month ProgramMust be available M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from homeAt least 6 months of prior experienceStrong communications skills both verbal and writtenBackground in luxury retail is a plus, not requiredProactive follow-through practicesStrong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environmentsMust possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracyProficient analytical capabilities and computer skills, must be able to learn new applications quicklyStrong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)Additional informationThe appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.Additional InformationChristian Dior was the designer of dreams.
