Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Florida (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract (W2 Only)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring teams deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices
- Identify and remove impediments/blockers impacting team progress
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress)
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile culture across the organization
- Coach team members on Agile frameworks and methodologies
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile CoachStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional development teams
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOpsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFeExperience in enterprise-level Agile environments
- Background in software development or technical teams
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
