Serving New Hampshire, Southern Maine, Vermont, and Northern Massachusetts.If you're driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, this is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role.Remote: candidates must reside within the following states: MA, NH, VT, MELocal Travel: 25% (to customers / site locations)What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving projects from planning through completion. You'll be the connector between field execution and project oversight-ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and execution plansForecast and manage labor, materials, and equipment resourcesDevelop and maintain project budgets and track associated costsBuild and manage detailed project schedules and work plansProvide consistent progress updates to internal teams and stakeholdersCoordinate and manage vendors and subcontractorsApply industry best practices and construction standards throughout executionMonitor project performance and proactively adjust as neededIdentify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvementSupport additional project-related duties as assignedWhat You BringWe're looking for professionals who combine leadership, accountability, and strong communication with hands-on construction experience.Required Skills & Abilities: Proven reliability and strong personal accountabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and creative problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail with exceptional organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar toolsWillingness and ability to learn company-specific systems and project management toolsDemonstrated ability to deliver projects on scope, on time, and within budgetAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentCommitment to maintaining accurate and confidential recordsSelf-starter mindset with strong internal driveQualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required (Business or Computer Science degree is a plus)Solid understanding of project management principles5-7 years of experience in a project management role (7-10 years preferred)Construction industry experience strongly preferredWillingness to travel to assigned job sites (hybrid work environment)Physical Requirements Extended periods of desk work and computer useAbility to lift up to 25 pounds as neededWhy Join Patriot Building Systems?
