Senior Network Engineer
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to serve as a senior subject matter expert responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and managing enterprise networks and devices including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, encryptors, routing protocols, and telecommunications technologies. While providing expert technical guidance to the Government, Project Lead, and Network Engineers in support of customer network operations. Duties also include reviewing contractor work for compliance with government standards and best practices; staying current on network, technology, and IT trends to recommend system and process improvements; serving as an on-call escalation point to advise on ticket resolution and escalation procedures; delivering professional customer service; and completing and submitting After-Action Review templates to the GPOC within 24 hours of closing any critical ticket.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
