Product Information Coordinator - Atlanta HeadquartersJoin Printpack's Strategic Sourcing Team and Make an Impact!Printpack is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Information Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Atlanta headquarters. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in managing critical product information and supporting our manufacturing operations.As a Product Information Coordinator, you will be at the center of our product data management processes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency across our film and converting manufacturing operations. This position is perfect for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.What We're Looking For: We seek a collaborative team player with strong organizational skills who can take initiative on projects from start to finish and excel at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.ResponsibilitiesIssue raw material partsCreate/maintain Bills Of Material and Routings in PrismMonitor/maintain database – BOM and route change requestsCommercialization and obsoleting/replacing parts process (checking inventory, BOM verification, Purchase Order reviews, communication with Materials Management, etc.)Process film parts/itemsProcess converting itemsCreate new specs based on plant/product development informationData miningBOM/route configuration SME (ex. Dual plant issues)Manage communication/training with other groups (ex. Product Development, Customer Service, and Materials Managers)Price Page management – manage part activity status on price page; create new price pagesDocumentation management to support our processesProblem solving involving other department processes (including item life span, shipping, units of measure, etc.)Produce Minority Spend Report (monthly)QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferredRequired SkillsA high degree of organizational skills and attention to detailThe ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesAbility to work as needed outside of traditional business hoursProven experience "taking the lead" to ensure project completionExperience working in a team environment under stringent time constraintsA working knowledge of MRO parts, films, resins, and wet materialsA working knowledge of the Film and Converting manufacturing processesProficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with our ERP system is desirableAbility to work effectively with internal and external customers and teamsSelf-direction/ability to make sound decisions independentlyBuild and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customersPrintpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
