Contact us now for more information on joining a great team today!Position Overview:The Document Analyst is responsible for creating, reviewing, tracking, and managing all documentation related to our construction projects. This includes submittals, RFIs, as-builts, closeout packages, compliance records, and more. You'll work closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure all documentation meets contractual and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, organize, and track project submittals, RFIs, and transmittalsMaintain accurate and up-to-date document logs and control systemsAssist with compiling closeout documentation, including O&Ms and as-builtsEnsure all documents meet client, code, and internal quality standardsCoordinate with vendors, engineers, and internal departments for technical dataSupport compliance and audit readiness with well-organized recordsRequirementsQualifications:2+ years of experience in a construction or engineering environment (low-voltage preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with construction documentation processes (submittals, RFIs, as-builts, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Procore or Bluebeam is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysTraining
