Technical Project Manager

Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:As the Project Manager, you will help deploy high impact software solutions for North America's Financial Services and Data (FSD) Delivery organization. You will create the planning and coordination of the daily activities with team members across the FSD organization. Our clients range on a wide scale of technical proficiencies. Speaking to our client's technical level is a necessary skill and being with client executives. We require managing during a project implementation.Perform as technical project manager on small to large client project implementations that can exceed twelve months in duration or having budget (revenue) impact onYou will be a delivery expert will manage a team (across multiple organizations) to oversee the success of our client implementation.Manage work with multiple delivery teams working across organizational boundaries to define roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile methodologyProvide task assignments, work direction and guidance to the project team to achieve quality resultsLead tech-enabled projects and manage daily operations of department, including analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.Be a bridge between delivery, engineering, product and Sales recommending intuitive, driven, and insightful solutionsResolve communication challenges and develop relationships with your team at all levels.Build artifacts and templates, participate on process improvement projects and develop standardsYou will travel domestically occasionally, though you would accomplish most work using remote enablement technologies.QualificationsBA/BS or equivalent college degree,5+ years of PM experience3+ years of technical PM experience.We prefer an MBA or MIS.Project Management experience requiredPMP certification encouragedWe require experience with executive status reporting and facilitating steering committee meetings.Experience with Agile methodology is criticalExperience working with multiple team members and teamsYou have experience in large-scale technology modernization and managing platforms in the CloudUnderstand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives.Broad domain and technical knowledge related to analyticsExperience in the full software development life cycle and what responsibilities each team plays in that journeyUnderstanding of integrations, API's, transactional systems, and architectureMust have experience in a consulting role with Financial InstitutionsExperience with technologies (Jira, Confluence, AI tools, SmartSheet, automation, or similar tools).Ability to travel domesticallyBenefits/Perks:Great compensation packageCore benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401KFlexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-officeFlexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidaysExplore all our exciting benefits here: https://yourexperianbenefits.com/cand-index.htmlAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
