In this role, you'll take full ownership of the community by elevating the resident experience, leading a talented team, and driving operational and financial success.This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a premium environment where attention to detail, service excellence, and leadership truly matter.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Inspire Your TeamBuild, coach, and develop a high-performing on-site team, including an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant and Maintenance staffSet clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and growthHire, train, and retain top talent aligned with company valuesDrive Operational ExcellenceOversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, and administrationEnsure policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently executedStep in to support any function as needed to keep operations running smoothlyDeliver an Elevated Resident ExperienceCreate a refined, responsive, and hospitality-driven environment residents are proud to call homeHandle resident concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-first mindsetEnsure seamless, high-touch move-in and move-out experiencesOwn Financial PerformancePartner with the Regional Manager and Property Accountant to develop and manage the annual budgetMonitor performance, identify variances, and implement strategic solutionsMaximize revenue through strong rent collection practices and new income opportunitiesOversee expenses, reporting, and payroll submissionsMaintain & Enhance a Luxury AssetEnsure the community remains impeccably maintained, safe, and visually exceptionalApprove and oversee repairs, replacements, and capital improvementsManage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, timely service deliveryQualificationsProven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teamsStrong organizational and operational management skillsFinancial acumen with experience managing budgets and expensesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindsetProfessional presence aligned with a luxury brand environmentProficient working on computers (Microsoft and Yardi)3+ years of management experience supervising teamsWork Environment & RequirementsActive, on-site role requiring movement throughout the property (indoors and outdoors)Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 15 lbsMust be available on-site during business hours with evenings/weekends as neededThis is an on-site position and cannot be performed remotelyCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision401(k) with 100% employer match up to 4%Ready to lead a luxury community and deliver an elevated living experience in beautiful Ponte Vedra?
