Occupational Therapist Location: Montesano, WA Agency: Ambition 24Hours Pay: $1,933 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Montesano, Washington Contract Length: 15 Weeks Start Date: May 25, 2026 End Date: August 31, 2026 Shift: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM Estimated Pay Rate: $39.00 $45.50 per hour Job Overview We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 15-week contract assignment in Montesano, Washington. The OT will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, helping individuals improve independence, functional mobility, and daily living skills. This role requires strong clinical expertise, patient-focused care, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills Assist patients with adaptive techniques and equipment recommendations Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and caregivers Educate patients and families on therapy goals, safety, and home exercise programs Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards Ensure patient safety and adherence to rehabilitation protocols throughout treatment sessions Requirements Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Master s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy required Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required by facility standards Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and clinical reasoning skills Ability to independently manage a full patient caseload during assigned shifts Additional Information Candidates must bring valid state or federal issued identification Facility photo badge must be worn at all times during assignment Position may consider OT or COTA support staffing models depending on facility needs
