The Emergency Department utilizes EPIC as the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, enhancing coordination of patient care. Shifts and Requirements: 12-hour shifts, providing flexibility in scheduling. Weekend requirements are included in the shift rotation. Minimum of 10-14 shifts of availability per month is required. Credentialing and Licensing: Board Certification is mandatory (if ABIM or ABFM, EM credentials and recent experience required). Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Medicine is required. Active Ohio license is required. COVID vaccination is a prerequisite. BLS/ACLS and NRP certifications are required. Clean background with no malpractice is essential. Facility and EMR: The facility is equipped with EPIC as the EMR system, ensuring seamless and efficient patient care. Annual Volume and Shifts: Annual Volume: 30,000. Physician shifts: 7a-7p, 11a-11p & 7p-7a. APP shifts: 9a-9p & 5p-5a. Number of beds: 21. Transfer Percentage: 9.9. Admission Rate Percentage: 10.6. Additional Information: Medical Staff fees will be reimbursed after the provider has completed the first shift.
