Job SummaryThe Restoration Material Runner supports field crews by delivering, picking up, and staging equipment and materials required for water, fire, mold, and contents restoration projects. This role is essential to keeping jobs moving efficiently by ensuring technicians have the right equipment at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and pick up restoration equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, extraction tools, and containment materialsTransport job materials between warehouse, job sites, and vendorsStage equipment and materials at job sites according to project needsAssist with equipment loading, unloading, and basic setup when neededTrack equipment movement and assist with inventory accuracyCommunicate with Project Managers and Technicians regarding job needsEnsure equipment is returned, cleaned, and properly storedIdentify and report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and company vehiclesQualificationsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs)Familiarity with restoration equipment preferred (training provided)Ability to work in emergency response environmentsStrong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detailBasic mechanical or equipment-handling knowledge a plusWork EnvironmentField-based role with frequent drivingExposure to wet, dusty, smoky, or damaged environmentsPhysically demanding with lifting, bending, and standingSchedule & AvailabilityFull-timeOvertime available during large losses or emergency responseCompany BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k with a 3.5% Company MatchPTO
