Direct Labor - Production Associate-Retail

OVERVIEWResponsible for all product logistics.RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with operations team to maintain and improve the production environment to respond to changing customer needs.Work at different work stations as production needs requireInventory handling and stocking into proper areaPicking, organizing and assembling orders for productionAssist in quality control in productionProcess and incoming packages and log incoming packages into daily logVerify package contents for accuracy and report discrepancies according to the Overages, Shortages, Misshipment, Misreceival PolicyIdentify orders that require embroidery, heat press, or tailoring and place into the sew shopProcess stock transfers, allocating for orders if necessaryAssistance with loading and unloading trucksPrepare outgoing shipments by packaging and labeling outgoing shipments accordinglyAssist and support teams when resources are limited (being adaptable to the changing needsTrain associates when requiredOther duties may include (but not limited to) counting inventory, straightening the store floor, cleaning, and reorganizing store or warehouseOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSOne (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious experience in a Production or Shipping/Receiving setting preferredHigh School diploma required; Associate degree preferredKnowledge of MS OfficeStrong Excel skillsExperience working within a Warehouse Management SystemProblem solving skillsStrong mathematical skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong phone skillsStrong interpersonal skillsWillingness to problem solveWillingness to learn and take on new responsibilities and grow with the roleAbility to lift loads of 40 pounds99% of shift time in standing positionMay include intermittent repetitive motionInvolves considerable stooping and bending
