Portfolio Solutions Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Portfolio Solutions team. In this entry-level role, you will support the ongoing growth and evolution of WisdomTree’s Portfolio Solutions platform by driving business analytics, cross-functional project execution, and process improvements across our business.The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of financial services and investment products as well as experience collaborating across teams. This individual will be a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills. They should be curious, analytical, and eager to identify industry trends while contributing to the continued innovation and growth of an established, fast-evolving business unit.Success In This Role Would Be Achieved BySupporting cross-functional initiatives that help scale the Portfolio Solutions platformMaintaining and enhancing dashboards, business reports, and usage analytics to track KPIs and identify growth opportunitiesDriving process improvements related to platform delivery, CRM automation, model update workflows, and advisor experienceSupporting the creation and refinement of marketing content, tools, and reporting that help advisors and distribution teams engage more effectivelyParticipating in ad-hoc projects as neededExperience And Required Skill SetEntry-levelBS/BA degree required, along with strong academic backgroundStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)Highly developed critical thinking and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment$65,000 - $75,000 a yearCompensation For This Role base salary range of $65,000 - $75,000.** annual discretionary bonus, payable in cash and/or equity securities consistent with WisdomTree’s policies and procedures, and subject to the terms and conditions of WisdomTree’s equity plan.
