Schedule: Thursday- Sunday; 11:00 PM to 7:30 AMCompensation: $27.00 Per Hour + BenefitsJob ResponsibilitiesRepresent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfactionMaintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevatorsMonitor lobby activity and maintain access controlProvide concierge servicesComplete Daily Activity ReportAnswer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcelsAddress resident and guest concerns and questionsDemonstrate strong understanding of the association's governing documentsQualifications / RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningMinimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of customer service experience.
