Safety Manager

PHe Data Center Services is seeking a Safety Manager to support the execution and continuous improvement of our safety programs across active project sites.This role plays a critical part in reinforcing our commitment to safety, operational excellence, and workforce development within critical infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, field-capable, and motivated to grow within a structured safety program in collaboration with internal leadership and external partners, including CORE Safety.Key Responsibilities: • Support the coordination and implementation of company-wide safety initiatives • Conduct jobsite safety observations, inspections, and audits (50%+ travel required) • Partner with field teams to promote safe work practices and hazard awareness • Assist in the development and delivery of internal safety training programs, including electrical safety • Track corrective actions, analyze trends, and support continuous improvement efforts.Qualifications:What we’re looking for:* 5+ years of experience in Electrical Safety or within a Data Center environment* Strong background in Construction Safety (5–10 years preferred)* OSHA 510 certification* NFPA 70E certification* Open to traveling nationwide and supporting projects across the U.S.* Why you’ll love working with usCompany Credit Card - Covering all travel, hotel, gas.Company VehiclePermanent Salaried PositionPTO, Benefits, and BonusesAt PHe Data Center Services, we are committed to building a culture where safety, accountability, and professional growth go hand in hand.We welcome candidates who are ready to contribute, learn, and grow with us.
