General PurposeResponsible for maintaining the operational and cleanliness of the facility. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the fundamental functions and responsibilities of the job. Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure the facility is functional. Facility upkeep which includes; small plumbing, replace light bulbs, small concrete repairs, small installs, hang signs and banners. Empty and clean outside the facility and empty all trash barrels throughout the facility. Mop areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipment. Paint and plaster the walls. Point of contact for contractors. QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred. Forklift scrubber certification preferred. To apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concreate variables in standardized situations. Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to work in variable temperature/weather conditions. Ability to efficiently operate forklift and scrubber equipment. Frequent bending and twisting in performance of job functions.
