We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAYWhat You'll Do:Lead electrical design activities including requirements analysis, specifications, interface definition, component selection, circuit simulation, schematic capture, and board layout.Design and develop RF and microwave circuits and subsystems spanning VHF through Ka-band, with responsibility for technical performance, cost, and schedule.Perform simulation, breadboarding, testing, and troubleshooting of RF circuits, functions, and subsystems, and develop test plans and procedures.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in peer reviews, preliminary and critical design reviews, and other technical reviews.Follow established product development, configuration management, purchasing, and engineering processes throughout the development lifecycle.Job RequirementsWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering4+ years of experience with RF and 3D EM Simulation and Modeling, Schematic Capture, Board Layout CAD tools4+ years of experience with practical RF system considerations such as path loss calculation, cascade noise figure, intercept point and power and corresponding tests for each.4+ years of experience with basic RF test equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators.4+ years of experience in printed circuit board (PCB) layout with direct board level design experience in RF or Microwave bands.4+ years of experience with basic Radar performance concepts.What Sets You Apart:Master's Degree in Electrical EngineeringProficiency in python scripting.Interest in leading a small technical team.Excellent people skills to include collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation).Active RF component design.Radar Systems Design experience.Familiarity with other design and analysis software such as MatLab, AWR, CDS, HFSS, or CSTKnowledge of practical RF system considerations such as path loss calculation, cascade noise figure and intercept pointTeam workStrong communication skills including presentations and customer communicationGood reprioritization skillsAbility to work independantlyAdditional Information:Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret ClearanceUpon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background checkAbility to lift up to 10 pounds.Up to 10% travel may be needed.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
