Part-time Server Attendant/Food RunnerCompensation: $16 PER HOUREstablished in 1920, Brook Hollow Golf Club enjoys a strong reputation as one of Dallas' most historic and exclusive private clubs. World-class facilities including a fully renovated golf course that was completed in 2020, a sports complex for tennis, pickleball, wellness and swimming, and a famed ballroom in which are presented some of Dallas' most memorable and fashionable social events. During the past twenty years, Brook Hollow has renovated or replaced substantially all of its facilities.Summary:Brook Hollow is adding full-time Food Runner/Expeditor who sets and cleans dining room tables before, during and after meal service.Responsibilities:Sets up side station and performs assigned side workAssists servers in their tasksServes water as guests are seatedAssists in carrying food trays to tablesRemoves soiled dishes from table; brings to dish washing areaRemoves soiled linen and replaces with clean linenSets tables with silverware, glassware and clean linenCleans the floors in the dining roomStocks server's station with suppliesCollects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving periodDusts chairs before and after mealsKeeps ice bins and buckets filledAttends pre-meal meetings as determined by Dining Room ManagerPerforms additional duties as directed by a supervisor or managerJob Requirements:Must be able to work a FLEXIBLE schedule and/or over time if needed.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.Must be TABC certified.Must work well with others as a team and help co-workers as needed.Must have an outgoing personality.Should have an eye for detail.Must possess honesty and integrity.Must be courteous and tactful at all times.Must be innovative and look for areas that need improvement.Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms.Must be able to use hands to finger, to handle, feel objects, tools and/or controls.Must be able to understand and communicate verbally and in writing in English with members, guests and co-workers.Must be able to push or lift, up to 30lbs.Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceGenerous Paid Time Off program401(K) with company match
