Our clients operate in a wide array of industries and locations and range from local governments and not–for–profit organizations to for–profit corporations. We specialize in delivering tailored solutions to the variety of accounting tasks that our clients face with a primary focus on audit, assurance, and tax services.

Responsibilities will range from audit and assurance services to tax return preparation. All employees have the opportunity to diversify their skills and specialize in all of the areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
Payroll - Quarterly Reports - Year End to include 1099's & W2's
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Bank Reconciliation
Ability to Multi-task projects and work with multiple companies and clients.
RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient and Accurate Accounting Skills
Communication Proficiency
Ensure Project Accounting is Timely and Accurate
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience processing payments, invoices, and paying office bills in QuickBooks.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, Type no less than 35 wpm.
Income Tax Prep is a plus.
