Our innovative model ensures that you will receive support not only from fellow hospitalists and practicing OB/GYNs but also from one of the largest maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) community practices in the nation. By implementing value-driven results and efficient protocols, we strive to achieve superior outcomes that surpass standard care, benefiting both mothers and their babies.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive obstetric care to patients of all ages.Ensure the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.Collaborate closely with local MFM practices for 24/7 support.Engage in teaching opportunities for residents and hospital staff.Participate in various training programs, including fetal monitoring certification and basic OB ultrasound skills.Requirements and QualificationsMedical degree from an accredited institution.Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.A minimum of 3 years of experience in OB/GYN.Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain one in Nevada.Demonstrated experience as an OB/GYN physician.Working ConditionsFull-time position requiring 10 to 12 twelve-hour shifts per month.Work at state-of-the-art medical centers with Level III NICUs.Close collaboration with a highly skilled team and advanced infrastructure.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary ranging from $1,650 to $2,090 per shift.Holiday shift differential of $540.Sign-on bonus of $75,000.Performance and collection bonuses, including a "Catch Bonus."Health, dental, and vision insurance, with some plans available at no cost.Continuing medical education stipend and support for professional development.Relocation assistance if applicable.Community and LifestyleLas Vegas offers a vibrant cultural scene with museums, galleries, and live performances, alongside world-class dining and shopping experiences.
