Responsibilities: · Responsible for emailing the approver shopping cart number associated with each requisition. · Responsible for following up on requisition approvals to ensure timely approval. · Responsible for developing a process to ensure you [the shopper / Requisitioner] are provided the details necessary to load the requisition / shopping cart in a timely manner (i.e., Vendor, Quote, etc.) · Responsible for timely receiving of purchase orders in SAP when the service is performed / work is completed. · Responsible for resolving A/P Invoices related to requisitions / shopping carts created. · Balance sheet reporting, forecast and account reconciliations. Education/experience requirement: · 1-3years experience in similar position. · Experience with SAP preferred. · Strong Excel skills preferred. Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Painted Post, NY 14870: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Purchase order: 2 years (Required) Purchasing: 2 years (Required) SAP: 1 year (Preferred) Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
