Long Term Healthcare Facility - A skilled nursing facility in Fairfield County, CT is looking for a business office manager to join our team!Key Responsibilities:Oversight of resident billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and Third Party InsurersCensus managementApplied Income collectionManage RFMS system and Resident Trust accountsReview admission payor sourcesDeposit and post cash receiptsAssisting residents and responsible parties with Medicaid applicationsQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred1+ year of experience in a business office or healthcare administrative setting (nursing home experience required)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesFull Time Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401k and more.
