Our Fontana, CA client is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager with a background in medium-voltage switchgear, protective relays, and substation control houses.Our client is an industry leader delivering customized power solutions for the utility, data center, and power generation markets. This is a hands-on role overseeing testing operations and leading a team of skilled technicians.We're looking for:✔️ 8+ years of electrical testing experience✔️ Hands-on expertise with MV switchgear, protection relays, breakers, and AC/DC functional testing✔️ Experience leading test technicians✔️ Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and electrical safety procedures⭐ NETA Certification is a plus!⭐ The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
