ComCap focuses on companies with $10m+ in SaaS revenue or $5m+ in EBITDA across our sectors of expertise.Qualifications:10-15+ years of relevant experience, including significant success in the software fieldCompelling subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: vertical software, online retail, professional services, tech-enabled services, and paymentsExperience in leading and mentoring junior staffRelationships with relevant strategics and private equity buyers of relevant companiesWillingness to travelBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or economics, or an MBAFINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 certifications
