About the Opportunity:The Advisor, Program Management is responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of application development initiatives within the organization. This role ensures alignment among product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive the program lifecycle, including road mapping, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement. The position promotes Agile and DevOps practices to facilitate frequent, high-quality releases and fosters collaboration across teams to deliver user-focused solutions efficiently and consistently.3. Responsibilities:Develop and manage project scopes, priorities, budgets, schedules, and documentation aligned with client requirements and organizational standards.Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, managing communications to clarify project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.Monitor project performance, risks, issues, timelines, quality, and resources; implement mitigation strategies and manage changes to ensure successful delivery.Lead and coordinate project teams by assigning work, directing activities, managing resources, supporting performance management, and optimizing effectiveness across global teams.Support business growth and strategic decisions through proposal development, executive project discussions, client feedback analysis, budget management, and continuous improvement.4. Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, including budget development, project planning, controls, and earned value management.Proficiency in project management software, productivity tools, methodology tools, finance and accounting concepts, and administrative processes.Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery.PMP certification preferred.Experience in healthcare insurance, particularly Medicaid, preferred.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range for this position is $81,100.00 to $115,900.00 per year, with base pay varying based on location, skills, and experience.6.
