Program Lead – Retail Transformation (Relex) (Houston)

Overview:We are supporting a large US grocery retailer on a major transformation programme centred around the implementation of Relex.They are looking for a Program Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery, overseeing the programme structure, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful rollout across the business.This is a high-impact, client-facing role with real ownership, not just coordination.Key Responsibilities:Lead the overall Relex programme across business and delivery teamsOwn programme governance, structure, and executionAlign senior stakeholders across supply chain, merchandising, and operationsDrive delivery across multiple workstreams (change, training, business readiness)Ensure the business is ready to adopt and operationalise RelexAct as the central point between leadership, delivery teams, and partnersRequired Experience:Proven experience leading large-scale retail transformation programmesDirect involvement in a Relex implementation (critical)Strong background in grocery / retail environmentsExperience managing complex, multi-workstream programmesAbility to operate at senior stakeholder levelNice to Have:Experience with planning / forecasting / merchandising systemsBackground in consulting or client-facing programme deliveryAdditional Details:Hybrid model (~2 days onsite, with travel required)Permanent preferred, but contract options availableApply / Enquire:Given the niche nature of this programme, we are engaging directly with a small number of relevant profiles.If you have led Relex programmes in a retail environment, feel free to reach out for a confidential discussion.
