Infrastructure Validation & Test Automation Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Infrastructure Validation & Test Automation Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Chandler, AZ(Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.Rate Range: $65-70/Hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.We are seeking an engineer focused on infrastructure validation before release. This role operates close to the hardware, firmware, and system configuration layer, ensuring platforms are fully validated for performance, resiliency, and compliance before production use. You will design and run automated test frameworks to certify BIOS, firmware, and hardware configurations across enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain automated testing frameworks using Python and AnsibleValidate firmware, BIOS, and hardware configurations prior to releaseExecute performance, resiliency, and failure-scenario testingIntegrate validation suites into CI/CD pipelinesPerform Linux-based infrastructure troubleshooting and environment validationCertify infrastructure components against defined quality gatesDocument certification results and provide release sign-offRequired SkillsStrong Python scripting for automationHands-on Ansible for configuration validationExperience integrating tests with CI/CD toolsDeep understanding of Linux systems and low-level troubleshootingExperience validating hardware/firmware/BIOS in enterprise environmentsBackground in infrastructure or platform testing (not application QA)If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
