Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive pay ranging from $75,000 - $105,000 annually, with additional perks including:

Key Responsibilities: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
Serve as the face of the company, representing our services to potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with HR directors, business owners, and decision-makers
Understand and present tailored insurance solutions to meet clients' needs
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients
Utilize our Salesforce CRM system to track leads and manage ongoing client relationships
Engage in regular follow-ups to nurture existing and potential client accounts
Be driven by your personal and financial success, while helping businesses find the right solutions
Qualifications
Preferred: 6+ months of experience in sales or business development
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Coachable with a desire to continuously learn and improve
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
