Majestic Milling Company is hiring for multiple roles involving responsibilities such as production operations, quality control, inventory management, and customer service. Team members will play an essential part in manufacturing and distributing feed products to meet customer demand while maintaining quality and safety standards.All positions include FULL benefits, 100% paid health, vacation, profit share, 401k match, etc. Soy processing- start $22 per hour.Mill operations- $45-$70KAccounting-$45-$70KMillwright - $75kQualificationsExperience or skills in production operations, manufacturing, and equipment handlingKnowledge in quality control processes, inventory management, and safety protocolsCustomer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clientsFamiliarity with agricultural or elevator-related industries is advantageousAbility to work in a team-oriented and on-site environmentPhysical stamina to manage tasks in a production settingHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in relevant fields is a plus
