We purchase properties in any condition and have the team and resources in place to improve the most distressed properties and solve the most unique problems. We encourage entrepreneurial mindset and building employee wealth is a cornerstone of our culture.Compensation1099 (100% Commission Based Role)$100-150k+ ResponsibilitiesSales pipeline management and significant customer follow up via phone/text/email communication.Attend appointments with property owners and negotiate win/win solutions for both parties.Self generate leads by calling and networking with agents, attorneys, investors, contractors, etcProvide clients with world class customer service and adviceBuild genuine relationships & rapport with clients to overcome objections and problem solve.Utilize the CRM daily to update pipeline and stay on taskQualificationsAbility to earn trust and build rapport quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive suite and similar technologyConsistent ability to meet or exceed sales goalsReliable transportation to drive to and from appointmentsCoachable, Team Player, Fast Starter, Money MotivatedFamiliarity with St. Louis real estate market is preferredSales and negotiation experience is preferredReal estate license not require
