Brokerage Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Brokerage Support Analyst to assist with client support operations and ensure a seamless trading experience. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for brokerage clients, assisting with account questions and onboarding Monitor support queues, prioritize urgent issues, and manage account maintenance requests Escalate compliance concerns and help improve customer experience through knowledge base developmentRequired Qualifications1-3+ years of experience in brokerage support, financial services, or trading operations Familiarity with futures trading, brokerage accounts, or trading platforms Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Intercom Knowledge of futures markets, margin, and risk controls is preferred Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment is a plus
