AVP, Workday Systems and Integrations

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President to join our dynamic team and focus on our Workday platform. This individual will play a key role in leading Workday-related initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and driving enhancements across Workday modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, the ability to work across multiple stakeholders, and a deep understanding of Workday products and integrations.This is a full-time, in-office position.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Workday-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelinesDevelop and implement Workday system upgrades, enhancements, and new module deploymentsManage configuration, testing, and deployment of updates across Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Talent Management, Recruiting)Support platform roll-out within various business verticalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs, translating them into effective Workday solutionsDrive integration efforts between Workday and other enterprise systems, ensuring data flow and operational continuityMonitor and support day-to-day user experience, platform stability, and platform performanceContribute to program management of strategic initiatives related to Workday usage, reporting rationalization, and platform adoptionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with WorkdayExpertise in Workday product functionalitiesStrong technical skills in Workday integrations, including web services and APIsExperience in implementation, consulting, or administration of WorkdayAbility to learn additional technology tools (e.g., Azure tools, Data Visualization, Data Analytics)Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issuesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesCompensationExpected annualized base salary: $140,000 to $180,000This range reflects the low and high ends of the expected base salary.
