Competitive Pay: $20+/hour Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), life insurance, and disability Paid Time Off: 3 weeks PTO + holidays Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within a growing practice Supportive Team: Work alongside experienced clinical and administrative professionals in a collaborative setting Practice Location Now Dental of Suffolk 496 Smithtown Bypass Suite 300 Smithtown, NY 11787 Practice Highlights Modern, multi-specialty practice serving families throughout Suffolk County and Long Island 9 operatories Denticon digital charting Off-street parking Known for advanced technology, including 3D imaging, laser dentistry, same-day crowns, and digital impressions Friendly, knowledgeable team committed to excellent patient care Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6PM Saturday: 8AM - 2PM (1-2 Saturdays per month required) Your Responsibilities Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries professionally Greet patients and create a seamless check-in and check-out experience Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely data entry Verify patient information and provide general practice information Process payments and support basic financial clerical tasks Coordinate with the clinical team to support smooth patient flow Handle filing, record maintenance, and other front office administrative tasks Present cases to patients and maintain a professional, patient-friendly demeanor What We’re Looking For High school diploma required Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Accurate typing and data entry skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude Denticon experience is a plus At Now Dental of Suffolk, you’ll be part of a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional patient service.
