The Indigo Road Hospitality - 27 Admiralty Row - Responsibilities: Prepare all savory and baked good items on the menu using our Standard Recipe Card; Adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures; Complete a Daily Prep List and Closing Checklist for each shift for assigned duties while maintaining a clean and sanitary work station, adhering to all DHEC regulations; Promptly report all product shortages, equipment problems or food quality issues to Pastry Chef or Executive Chef; Prepares and portions a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
