Security Officer Patrol Driving Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and actions according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd and/or line management during busy periods, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related issues.; Support closing and opening activities, observe for unusual conditions such as maintenance issues and/or policy violations, and document relevant information in daily activity and incident reports.
