We service both residential and light commercial clients and are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with plumbing experience—or vice versa—ready to grow with us.What You'll Do:Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, furnaces, boilers and plumbing systems.Diagnose mechanical and plumbing issues and offer timely, effective solutions.Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshoot HVAC and plumbing systems.Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and building codes.Maintain clean and safe job sites.Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and/or plumbing.Valid driver's licenseAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Must be reliable, respectful, and professional.EPA certification and plumbing license preferred (or willingness to obtain).What We Offer:Competitive pay based on experiencePaid time off and holidays after 90 daysOpportunities for advancement and certificationsSupportive work environment with consistent year-round work
