Responsibilities Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing support during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down surfaces, organizing utensils, and restocking supplies as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary needs of guests. Support food safety protocols by handling dishes and utensils properly and adhering to hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience with bussing, serving, or banquet service enhances your ability to excel in this role. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently during high-volume hours. Hotel or culinary experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential!
