Mobility Driver
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong driving background and be comfortable operating various types of vehicles, as well as various weather conditions. This role is essential in ensuring safe and timely transportation for passengers while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
Safely operate vehicles such as vans, or small SUV's according to company policies and traffic regulations.
Provide transportation services for passengers, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety at all times.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and staff regarding schedules and any changes.
Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle interior and exterior.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal driving laws while on duty.
Skills
Proven experience in commercial driving, or working with individuals with different disabilities.
Familiarity with shuttle driving services is a plus.
Strong communication skills and professionalism to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
Excellent navigational skills with a good understanding of local routes and traffic patterns.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
Must pass a state mandated background check.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations professionally.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
