Temporary Maintenance SupervisorIsla Bella Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort in the Florida Keys, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Temporary Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Engineering team during a temporary assignment.This role is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the maintenance department while actively assisting with repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the resort. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent troubleshooting skills who is committed to maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.Responsibilities:Supervise and support the daily activities of the Engineering teamAssign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance work ordersPerform and oversee general maintenance and repairs throughout the resortTroubleshoot and repair: Plumbing fixturesElectrical componentsHVAC systemsKitchen and laundry equipmentComplete or oversee painting, drywall, carpentry, and general building repairsRespond promptly to guest and team member maintenance requestsConduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and facilities to identify repair needs and safety concernsAssist with preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtimeEnsure pools and related equipment are properly maintained as neededTrain, coach, and provide guidance to maintenance team members during the temporary assignmentMaintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipmentEnsure compliance with all safety, fire, OSHA, and resort policies and proceduresAssist with special projects and other duties as assignedQualifications:Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Maintenance Technician, or similar leadership role preferredHotel or resort maintenance experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenanceStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot maintenance issues and make sound decisionsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysValid driver's license preferredBenefits & Perks:Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceAdditional voluntary benefitsEmployee housing based on availabilityDiscounts at EOS Hospitality sister propertiesOpportunities for growth within EOS HospitalityIsla Bella Beach Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
