You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our long-term success.What Youll DoPerform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including exams, restorations, extractions, prosthetics, and cleanings.Diagnose dental conditions using clinical exams and radiographs.Collaborate with specialists to create effective treatment plans.Help lead and mentor our team of hygienists and assistants.Participate in the day-to-day operations of the practice.What Were Looking ForDDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.Active Ohio dental license and DEA certification.Proficiency in general dentistry.Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.A positive, team-oriented attitude.Schedule & CompensationWork Schedule: 3 to 5 days per week.Compensation: We offer a competitive starting salary with high earning potential as the practice continues to grow.About Dayton, OhioDayton is a vibrant city known for its rich history in aviation, affordability, and strong community.
