General Manager - Family Entertainment Center

Companies: Power Up Action Action Park Location: 5310 Merchandise Dr, Fort Wayne, IN 46825 Position: General Manager General Manager The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of Power Up Fort Wayne. This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for team development, operational structure, guest experience, and financial performance. Reporting directly to ownership and the building Director, the General Manager will be accountable for building a strong team, maintaining high operational standards, and driving growth in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the facility, including staffing, scheduling, and guest experience Lead, train, and manage team members and department leads Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and terminations in coordination with HR Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility at all times Manage budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses Drive revenue through programming, events, memberships, and customer engagement Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures Handle customer issues and resolve escalations professionally Track performance metrics and report regularly to ownership Report to Director of Operations and Ownership What We Offer Competitive compensation with performance-based upside High autonomy and ownership of the facility Direct access to ownership and decision-makers Opportunity to grow with a multi-location organization Dynamic, high-energy work environment Who This Role Is For A builder and operator who wants ownership over both people and process.
