Concession Stand Lead (multiple positions) - 18+Pay: $18.50/hourPerks: This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership and communication skills and contribute to the vibrant energy of our games and stadium.Hours: Sporadic schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, each contributing to the excitement of baseball season. Shift assumption of approx. 6.5 hours.Job Description: This role requires a skilled individual who can provide exceptional service to our guests and efficiently lead and oversee a specific stand within the stadium. This role will help manage the set-up, in-game operations and closing of the stand. In addition, this role will assist in inventory management during the game/events and help lead the overall operations for the stand.Qualifications: Candidates must have prior leadership experience in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
