They combine deep domain expertise with modern engineering practices to deliver impactful tools directly to national security end users.As one of the first engineering hires, you'll work closely with the CTO to design and deploy full-stack applications, integrate data pipelines, and build software within secure, classified environments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Python, Java)Build data integration pipelines and internal toolingDeploy applications in secure government platformsTranslate mission requirements into effective technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teamsQualifications1-3 years of full stack development experience with modern frameworksProficiency in Python, JavaScript/React, Java, or similar languagesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environmentsTop Secret or TS/SCI clearancePreferred ExperienceCloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)Platforms like Palantir Foundry, TAK, or other mission-oriented toolsCI/CD and DevSecOps practicesBackground working within classified or highly regulated environmentsThis is a high-impact opportunity to contribute directly to national security missions while helping shape the technical foundation of a fast-moving organization.
