Digital/Technical Project Manager

Covid has reframed the team and office atmosphere, with most of the team working fully remote. When projects call for physical testing or troubleshooting we use Middletown as home base. We look for self starters and good communicators.We are looking for a Digital/Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing software projects from concept through implementation. Ideal candidates will have a software development background with team lead or project management experience. Responsibilities include: managing technical tasks during all aspects of the SDLC, leading team standups and flushing out blockers, providing guidance and structure to technical team members, coordinating cross-department work, and ensuring successful project implementations. This role will interface with account managers, functional managers, clients, FTE resources and vendors. This Digital/Technical Project Manager will also be looked upon for contribution as an advocate for the client's business goals and translating high-level technical into marketing terms when appropriate.
